Honor Magic 5 was spotted on Geekbench prior to its debut

Whereas we stand in line for Honor to officially announce its Magic5 and Magic5 Pro flagship devices at MWC Barcelona, a new Geekbench listing has emerged to confirm several key specifications of the Magic5 model that does not include the Pro upgrade.

The mobile device with the identifier PGT-AN00 for Honor was found to have the most recent Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset as well as 12 gigabytes of RAM. It achieved remarkable scores of 1,411 points for a single core and 4,584 points for a multi-core operation.

Additionally, screenshots show the device booting into Android 13, presumably with the most recent version of Magic UI running on top. Previous rumors have suggested that the Magic5 will offer four 50-megapixel cameras with up to five times optical zoom and one hundred times digital zoom. The Pro model of the phone may be able to go over the 100W threshold, just like its predecessor did. The phone itself will support fast charging at 66W. The Magic5 and Magic5 Pro are two new smartphones that Honor plans to unveil on February 27 at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona.
