On December 26, nubia will release the Red Magic 8 Pro series, and today we finally have our first glimpse at the devices and confirmation of crucial specifications. With its sleek new design and ultra-narrow bezels, the Red Magic 8 Pro is set to revolutionize the series.
The phone’s screen is a newly developed BOE panel, and it’s been said to have a screen-to-body ratio of up to 93.7% thanks to its narrow bezels on both sides. Like the Red Magic 7 series, the panel will have a 120Hz refresh rate and a selfie camera hidden behind the screen.
There will be a regular and see-through version of Red Magic 8 Pro to choose from. Both phones are expected to include the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 CPU, and we know they will each include a 50MP Samsung GN5 sensor.
The Red Magic 8 Pro, a premium model, reportedly supports 165W fast charging. Alongside the release of the Red Magic 8 Pro, the company will also reveal a new logo for the Red Magic brand.
