The Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite now has the Android 13-based One UI 5.0 upgrade

Last month, Samsung launched the Android 13-based One UI 5.0 stable update for the Galaxy Tab S6 Lite (2022), and now it is the 2022 model that is getting a taste of Android 13 and One UI 5.0. Both of these updates were developed by Samsung.

The LTE model (SM-P615), which now has the firmware version P615XXU4FWA5, is receiving the upgrade, which is currently rolling out. It enhances your ability to switch between different tasks on the tablet and comes with a brand-new taskbar. The performance of the Galaxy Tab S6 Lite has also been improved thanks to this update, which includes a redesigned menu for customizing the lock screen.

On the other hand, the One UI 5.0 upgrade ships with a security patch that is dated November 2022, despite the fact that some Samsung devices have already begun getting the January 2023 security patch.

Aside from that, the update is only being seeded in France at the moment, but the distribution is expected to expand to additional nations very shortly. The One UI 5.0 update should also be coming shortly to the Wi-Fi model (SM-P610).

How to upgrade One UI 5.0:

You may manually check for the availability of One UI 5.0 on your Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite if you haven’t received it yet by going into the Settings menu on the tablet and then selecting the Software update option.
