Because of its one-of-a-kind retractable telephoto and portrait lens, the Tecno Phantom X2 Pro stands out as one of the most memorable smartphones released in recent times. We’ve been curious about what the interior of the phone looks like, and luckily, PBKreviews has us covered with the most recent video in his teardown series.

Design:
After pulling the SIM tray out of the device and applying heat to the back of the device, the plastic back cover can be removed. By loosening a total of 17 screws, we are able to gain access to the cameras and obtain a detailed view of the telephoto module. When we unclipped a few more cords, the mainboard became more accessible, allowing us to get a better look at the three cameras on the back, as well as the proximity sensor and the LED flash. The chipset, RAM, and storage are all located on the rear of the device.
Because the battery does not come with pull tabs, the host needs to place a few drops of isopropyl alcohol around the cell in order to dissolve the glue. Next, the video displays the speaker assembly that can be found at the base of the device. Overall, the Phantom X2 Pro receives a score of 4.5 out of 10 for its reparability.
