Design and display
The display on the phone is an AMOLED panel measuring 6.38 inches in size and boasting a resolution of FHD+ and a refresh rate of 90 Hz. The panel has a peak brightness of up to 1,300 nits and it covers the color gamut for DCI-P3 standards.
vivo has introduced the Y100, which has a 90Hz AMOLED display and a brightness of 900. When exposed to ultraviolet light, the fluorite AG glass on the back of the Pacific Blue and Twilight Gold Vivo Y100 versions changes color, giving the impression that the glass itself is changing color. In addition, the rear panel accommodates a primary camera with a resolution of 64 megapixels and optical image stabilization (OIS), in addition to a macro camera with a resolution of 2 megapixels and a depth module with a resolution of 2 megapixels
At the helm is MediaTek’s Dimensity 900 system on a chip, which is assisted by 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage space, all of which can be expanded using the device’s microSD card. The smartphone utilizes Funtouch OS 13, which is based on Android 13, and comes with a 4,500 mAh battery that is compatible with 44W FlashCharge. Additional features include a fingerprint scanner embedded within the display, an IP54 rating, and a slot for hybrid dual SIM cards.
